Desarrollo Integral de Proyectos (DINP S.A)   is a firm established in 2005 to provide engineering consulting services to support the development and evaluation of public and private infrastructure projects in Colombia and Latin-America.

The firm bases its success on three key factors: the experience and demonstrated leadership capacity of its partners; the integration of working teams with professionals of the highest academic standards and experience; and performance based on principles of quality, efficiency and efficacy, and on  a close relationship with its clients.

DINP S.A.   provides consulting services mainly for water and sanitation projects and hydrologic and geologic risk assessment and evaluation. These services cover the whole development cycle of a project beginning with its identification and on through the stages of technical and economic feasibility, up to the final design and support for its promotion and financial closure for its final execution and operation.

DINP S.A. has been simultaneously providing special consulting services to support and assist other consulting firms, multilateral development banks and private investment banks involved with infrastructure projects. In this framework, DINP S.A. has aimed its consulting work to provide specialized advise in water and sanitation projects for the investment banking sector in Colombia, as well as for the development multilateral banking sector, for whom, the firm and its partners have provided services in different countries of the region, such as: Ecuador, Panamá, Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, México and Belice.

In other sectors, DINP S.A. provides this special service through the participation of its partners in the integration of specialized teams in order to plan, design, and perform financial evaluation and/or construction supervision, relying on the significant experience of its partners in hydroelectric development, land reclamation, highways, and mining development projects.

DINP S.A. also offers a complete array of services to carry out performance and due diligence auditing for private and public utility companies, particularly water and sanitation companies. The scope of these services is twofold, first  to fulfill the requirements and demands of internal control and continuous performance improvement imposed  by control and regulatory  agencies of the sector, and second,  to provide assistance and strategic orientation to audited  companies. DINP SA looks forward to extending this service to the financial sector which is currently financing public works projects under different contractual arrangements such as concession with the private sector in order to cover its needs of surveillance and technical support.
