Performance Auditing Control and follow-up of technical, operative, financial and management performance of infrastructure projects in general, for loan approvals and funds release, compliance verification  of internal plans and current standards, ex-post evaluation, lessons learned and recommendation for improvement. Strategic plans structuring, implementation and follow up.
